Evrycard Refund Policy

At Evrycard, we are committed to ensuring a positive shopping experience for all our customers.

General Refund Guidelines

Refunds will only be processed after a valid cancellation confirmation has been received. Cancellations are considered valid only after you receive a confirmation email from Evrycard stating that your order has been successfully cancelled. Upon confirmation, a full refund will be provided.

Custom Evrycard Models

Our Custom Evrycard models are eligible for a full refund if a cancellation request is made within 1-2 days of purchase. Cancellation requests received after this period will not be eligible for a refund.

If your product is found to be faulty due to a software or application malfunction that cannot be repaired by Evrycard, we will provide a full refund.

Standard Evrycard Models

Refunds for Standard Evrycard models depend on the timing of the cancellation:

  • Within 30 Days: A full refund is available if the cancellation is made within 30 days of purchase, supported by our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

In the event that your product is faulty due to a software or application malfunction that cannot be repaired by Evrycard, we will endeavor to provide a full refund.

Reprint Policy

If you are dissatisfied with a printed product, please contact us via email at [email protected], including pictures of the product and a description of the issue. We will review your concerns and make necessary adjustments.

In some cases, you may be asked to return the product; please do so only upon our request.

If there is an error in production or if you receive something different from the approved proof, Evrycard will provide a reprint at no additional cost.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for customer errors, misinterpretations of the final product, or inexperience with respect to warnings included with all artwork proofs. (Refer to your Artwork Proof to see any warnings.)

Shipping Policy

Evrycard is responsible for your order from placement through production and packaging. Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, our responsibility ends.

If your order is damaged during shipping, you must address the issue with the shipping carrier directly.

If your order is returned to us as undeliverable, a reshipment fee, 110% of the initial shipping charge, will be required.

Please include a phone number with your order to ensure you can be contacted in the event of a delivery issue.

Shipment Tracking Numbers

Since Evrycard custom-creates products per individual order, shipment tracking numbers will not be available until production is complete. You may track your order with the carrier provided.

Turnaround Times

  • Standard Evrycard Models: Delivered within 5-7 days of confirmed purchase.
  • Custom Evrycard Models: Shipping times commence post-design process.

If production cannot be completed within the specified time frame, we will expedite shipping to ensure you receive your order as close to the estimated delivery date as possible.

Please note that delivery dates are estimates and not guarantees. On rare occasions, delays may occur due to quality control standards requiring a reprint.

Customs Policy for International Orders

Customs policies vary by country. Evrycard is not responsible for any customs fees or delays related to customs clearance. It is the customer’s responsibility to check their country’s customs requirements and fees before placing an order.

Please be aware that customs clearance procedures can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
