If you are a consumer, please note that these Terms of Use, its subject matter, and its formation, are governed by English law. You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction. However, if you are a resident of Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are a resident of Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.

If you are a business, these Terms of Use, its subject matter and its formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by English law. We both agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We try to display and describe as accurately as possible the printed products which appear on our site but do not give any assurance that the colours of products supplied will exactly match those displayed on your computer monitor or other printing systems.

All our digital business cards are designed and printed to the highest standard in both digital and lithographic printing. All colours of cards shown on the site are a close approximation of the finished and delivered colours. Each colour may have a +/- variance of 10% of the printed colour due to the exposure of the card to heat during the printing and laminating process.

Some cards may also have very slight blemishing around where the contact chip is embedded in the NFC business card; again this is caused due to the exposure of the card to heat during the printing and laminating process. While we make every effort to ensure that these differences are minimal they can and do happen and as such all cards are sold with notification of this to the consumer here in the Terms and Conditions.

It is not possible to return products for a refund other than in the event of a card being faulty. In such cases, we may (at our discretion) resend you another card free of charge. In order to qualify for a full refund, you will need to email us within 15 days of order receipt (our 15-day money-back guarantee window). We will also require you to return the original order for testing.

We will notify you of any refund due to you via email within a reasonable period of time and will usually process the refund due to you within 15 days of the day we confirmed to you that you were entitled to a refund. We will refund the price of a defective card in full, any applicable delivery charges and any reasonable costs you incur on returning the item to us.

For full details, please see our Refund & Returns Policy.
